Terms

Terms, in plain words

Last updated . These working terms cover the free site and tools during early access. Full terms will be published before any paid plan exists.

What Soot is

Soot offers self-help tools and plain-language guides for adults with ADHD. It is not medical or mental health care, it is not a crisis service, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a doctor or a licensed mental health professional about your own situation.

If you might hurt yourself or you are not safe right now, please go to Need help now or call your local emergency number.

Who can use it

Soot is for adults 18 and over.

Using the site

  • The free tools are offered as they are, without a promise that they will suit you or always be available.
  • Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break it or by signing other people up.
  • The words, design and code are ours; you are welcome to share links to any page.

Money

Everything here is free today. If paid plans arrive, the price will be on this site before you are asked for a card, with the exact charge date for any trial and a simple way to cancel.

The legal bits

Raedus Labs runs Soot. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the free tools. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
